Pop Quiz:

1. prop/costumes, lighting, setting, and style of acting
2. the shot is one continues frame with no edits

4. three different ways that lighting can be used to establish a scene is 1. the position of lighting, 2. the tint of the light
5. the term backlighting is referring to the light in the background of a frame highlighting what is wanted to be seen or is the main focal point
6. the term framing is referring to what the director would want to be seen in the shot and how they want it to catch the audience’s attention
7. the rule of thirds is very important to framing because it helps guides the best places for a focal point or leading our eyes somewhere important

Jeep commercial:

in the first commercial, the rhythm was fast - thawing out a lot of information very fast

in the first one it made the passage of time was done in all different time and places
in the second one it was made more to look like during a whole day starting in the morning and ending at night

in both commercials they would flick from different roads, skies and water/oceans
